Rozalie

Well, here we go, what i've been working on all day, a new OC, name's Rozalie, she's a ethereal of Ice that was adopted by Pandora and Siena, since ethereals can't reproduce. I love how the clothes came out, this new way of doing ruffles has me crazy with them, <3333 i love it, and i think it came out pretty good, besides the hair....why the heck it looks so half-assed?? OTL
